Administrative workstation

The required specialist applications are installed, maintained and in some cases also professionally supported. Of particular importance is the compliance with security standards and the implementation of the IT security guidelines of Clausthal University of Technology. These tasks are performed in coordination and cooperation with the computer center.

Furthermore, access to the administration's printers and the server accesses required at the workstation are set up and the required peripheral devices are installed.

Problem reports and user requests are processed via the ticket system. A central service number of department 2 is also available to the user.
