MaikePlus

With the MaikePlus-System the presidency has an evaluation tool for certain key figures (professors) at its disposal. The tool allows the annual evaluation of the key figures and the publication of the results. The tool covers the following functions:

• Preparation of data from the previous systems such as SAP or HIS
• Import of the data
• necessary (program) adjustments and conversions
• Calculation of the basic data for key figure formation
• Reporting
• Publication in the online system developed for this purpose for data access by professors.

The calculation of key figures, averages and valuation is carried out in a separate Excel solution in Controlling.
