SAP R/3

TU Clausthal uses the ERP system SAP/R3 for the areas of finance, cost accounting and human resources. Department 2 is responsible for these modules and online reporting.

The SAP systems are hosted by LUIS in Hannover. SAP Basis support is also provided by LUIS. The system-side support of the SAP modules is carried out by the CCC in Hanover (system adjustments, calls, puts).

On-site customizing and some of the adjustments in the modules, user administration and rights assignment as well as on-site user support are carried out by Department 2. Department 2 is also responsible for programming TUC-specific evaluation reports and providing on-site technical support for SAP workstations.
