Clausthal University of Technology uses the ERP system SAP/R3 for the areas of finance, cost accounting and human resources. Data centre manages these modules and the online reporting system.
The SAP systems are hosted by LUIS in Hanover. SAP basic support is also provided by LUIS. The system-side support of the SAP modules is carried out by the CCC in Hanover (system adjustments, calls, puts).
On-site customizing and some of the adjustments in the modules, user administration and assignment of rights as well as on-site user support are carried out by Department 2. The programming of TUC-specific evaluation reports and the technical support of the SAP workstations on site are also tasks of Department 2.
