CD/DVD/BR duplication

Please fill out the form, send it off and then hand in the signed application to the RZ-Helpdesk.

No medium will be produced before the application is submitted and the costs incurred are paid in advance. The production of a CD or DVD including printing and cover currently costs 1,00 €.

For the evaluation of the form it is necessary that all fields marked with * are filled out!

By sending the order you declare that you are entitled to order the duplication of the data. You indemnify the computer centre against any claims by third parties that may result from the burning order and are solely responsible for the reproduction of the data.
