The Trouble-Ticket-System OTRS is used in the computer center. It is mainly used internally for the structured and traceable processing of support requests, but offers additional functions and possibilities for the areas of IT service and security management.

We offer facilities at TU Clausthal the possibility to configure the system, including setting up queues, signatures, support e-mail addresses, etc.
