If you have further questions regarding the IT on our campus, please send an e-mail to supportrz.tu-clausthalde. This way we can help or contact you asynchronously and independent of your or our location.
RZ-Helpdesk: Only after registration!
In order to reduce the risk of infections, the computer center has currently reduced the personal support. Therefore, the RZ-Helpdesk is only available to students and employees to a limited extent.
Livechat and telephone
You can now use the live chat (bottom right on the RZ page), by phone you can reach us at 05323 - 72 2626. Please use our answering machine if you cannot reach someone directly. Please give us your name, a callback number and in every case your request.
Department 2 can be reached for questions regarding its services at the address firstname.lastname@example.org.
